Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to provide you with the best quality products, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request a return.

Return Guidelines:

Please inform us within 12 hours of receiving the product and share a parcel opening video as proof.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and un-customized for the return to be accepted.
The product must reach us within:
- 7 days (for domestic orders)
- 30 days (for international orders)

If the item does not reach us within the specified timeframe, it will not be eligible for return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days to the original payment method used at checkout.
The parcel opening video is mandatory for an exchange or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
The delivery time for exchanged items may vary based on your location.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
